I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the hotel had great facilities and a beautiful pool area, the service left much to be desired. We experienced slow room cleaning and communication issues with the staff, especially during check-in. The room itself was comfortable, but the lack of Wi-Fi during our entire stay was a big downside, especially since we needed it for our travels.
